Devon Andersen

Devon describes her teaching style as inviting, versatile and playful. Her sessions embrace the effects of joining movement with breath, self exploration and growth.

She was drawn to teaching yoga by the sense of connection and exploration between her inner and outer world while in her own practice. This lead Devon to completing her training through Wellness Within, where she became a Registered Yoga Teacher 200.

Devon’s sessions offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where all levels of yoga experience are welcome. Her foremost goal is to teach in a way that is accessible and inclusive to all; to meet people where they are, as they are, in the present moment.

The benefits of a personal, one on one session with Devon is her teachings can bring about improvements on your mental and physical health, along with achieving your own personal yoga goals. Whether you’re new to yoga or you are recovering from an illness or injury, she can work around your wants and needs to ensure you get the most out of your one-on-one class.

Off the mat you can find Devon enjoying her time with her two rambunctious kids, and sharing laughs with her husband. They love to camp, enjoy the outdoors and snuggle up to a good movie!
