These sessions are a wonderful way to explore yoga and meditation, they’re designed for all students – new and seasoned.

Our private yoga sessions are taught by Devon Andersen, she has the experience and the skills needed to teach students of all body types and all fitness levels.

In these sessions you will have the ability to work around an injury, focus on stretching or strengthening areas in your body, or even just relaxing and focusing on your breath for 60 minutes.

Our private yoga sessions are idea for:

  • Increasing your confidence in your yoga practice

  • Targeting a specific area or to work with specific injuries

  • Working toward a specific goal (ie: stress reduction,flexibility, self-exploration, fitness)

  • Feeling distracted or timid in large class settings

  • Those wanting to invest in themselves
