Chatty level: I am down to earth, friendly, and kind. As a therapist I'm usually on the more quiet and focused side while I treat. Some client's talk during treatment (which is welcomed). Other folks want a treatment where they can just rest and enjoy the quiet time (also welcomed). I take my cues off of my client and I'm very good at using my intuition to figure out what is needed.

Scents: I typically don't use scents as to be conscious of people's allergies. If I do I always let my client's know and ask before hand.

Depth level: I would say my specialty is Deep Tissue, firm but specific pressure. I am on the shorter side, but strong. That being said, I'm incredibly mindful of finding a good balance with my pressure, tension, and what I am treating. I check in with my client's and ask how they are doing, which is important. I can also give a very calming relaxation massage as well. I always make it about, what does my client need today?
